To Sirius users and potential users regarding billing — If you purchase a package for say three years, and pay for it at the beginning, they will automatically try to renew your account for another three years without sending you a renewal bill, or notice, or anything.  They treat it the same as a monthly renewal I guess. This means that YOU need to keep track of your renewal date (unlike me).
